Custom orders
From your photos and your stories, Bele makes a piece that is only for your pet: the coat, the expression, even the little quirks. Let’s bring it to life together.
No need to worry if it’s your first time. We’ll take it one step at a time, together.

Photos from the front, the side and the whole body help a lot. Photos taken in good light, where the color and pattern of the coat are clear, let us capture them even better. The more photos, the happier we are.
You don’t need to know what you want yet. Just tell us a little about your pet.
You can attach up to 3 photos in the form. Send more by replying to our email. Front, side and full-body shots help a lot.
Bele makes each piece by hand. We’ll send photos along the way, so tell us freely if anything feels off.
When it’s finished, we pack it carefully and send it to you, with a handwritten message card.
Payment comes after we’ve agreed on the details; please order from each product page. If you order directly without a consultation, we’ll email you where to send your photos after your order.
Shows the build and the tail
Near a window with natural light is best, so the coat shows its true color. Go easy on the flash.
Spots and patterns, the color of the tail, a favorite collar. Photos that show what is special about them are very welcome.
A little blur is fine. The more photos, the happier I am!
Of course. We’ll look at the photos you have and listen to your memories, and make it with great care. A few photos is fine, so please get in touch first.
We send progress photos while we work. If anything about the color or the expression feels off, let us know and we’ll adjust it as much as we can.
Portraits include up to two pets at the same price. Figures are made one at a time, so please ask us about poses that look lovely side by side.
As a guide, from your order: about 6 weeks for a figure, about 3 weeks for a portrait and about 1 week for an ID tag. It can take a little longer when we have many orders.
Once the details are decided, please order from each product page. You can pay by Credit card, Convenience store (konbini), PayPay, and Bank transfer.
Of course. Gift wrapping (¥330) is available; choose it in your cart when you order. We’ll also write a message card.
